User License
Subject to your compliance with its Terms of Service, ClinicainFirst grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Apps.

In no event shall ClinicianFirst be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service. ClinicainFirst reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modification to the contents on the Service at any time without prior notice.
Limitations
It is not the intention of ClinicainFirst to provide specific medical advice, but rather to provide users with information to better understand their health and their diagnosed disorders. Specific medical advice will not be provided, and ClinicainFirst urges you to consult with a qualified physician for diagnosis and for answers to your personal questions.
Governing Law
The parties agree that this Agreement is made in and will be governed by law of the State of Massachusetts, U.S.A. The User waives any right to trial by jury.
